Colour pencil and graphite workshop

During the five day workshop Janet will share her pencil techniques, covering a range of different subjects.
Janet teaches with a step by step demonstration and then individual tuition.
Her workshops are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
Day 1 Colour pencil techniques and Flowering Gum
Day 2 Bird in colour pencil – Gouldian finch
Day 3 Graphite techniques and a Regent honeyeater on Bark
Day 4 Fur in colour pencil – Koala portrait
Day 5 Bird in colour pencil – Eagle portrait.
Janet's work has been described as “weaving magic” with pencil.
“My art is my passion, especially pencil, colour pencil and graphite. I love to draw our botanical and wildlife subjects with intensity, personality and precise detail. I want to engage and inspire viewers with the beauty and uniqueness of our natural world.”
Janet is a multi-award winning artist exhibiting regularly in Australia and overseas.
Her drawings capture the personality and “story” of her subjects, giving viewers a personal connection with the birds and flowers they see in their gardens and local parks.
